Over last year, there are some major scandal in the NBA referee gambling. This has been a big controversy because if that had been previously detected easily could mean that different teams will make the final and win the championship. Knowing that the reference is gambling on the game means that they threw them one way or another. The biggest scandal occurred in recent years is that Tim Donaghy. He was arrested several years ago, but the gambling started much earlier, around 2003.
